What inspired the author in writing this book is his experience when he was supposedly “invited” to the CIS (now CIDG) at Camp Crame under the guise that there was a valid complaint against him but only to find out that the supposed complaint was not even under oath and that it was actually an arrest. In short, this is a case of pure and simple harassment but using ARREST as a weapon to pursue an end whether legitimate or otherwise.
