Over the years, I have been invited by various organizations (like the Jaycees, Rotary, Kiwanis, Lions, Toastmasters) to lecture on Parliamentary Practice and Procedure. My expertise on the subject was derived from my having taught Parliamentary Rules at Far Eastern University for a number of years. It is a truism that the best way to learn a subject is to teach it.
