    There is also an added chapter to this book briefly discussing the salient provisions of the Rules of Procedure for Environmental Cases. Although this Rule is tackled in a separate subject of Environmental Law, the author deems it wise to have a brief discussion of the Rules since it is always a part of the coverage of the Bar Examinations under the subject of Special Rules and Proceedings.
