Biography
Currently a Lecturer of U.P. SOLAIR, Dr. Gaddi's experiences and exposure to human relations and human resource development is an atypical one. Where most would employ their skills in private/corporate firms, Dr. Gaddi stuck it out with civil society organizations' way of doing development work.
