Dr. Rebecca S. Gaddi

Biography

Currently a Lecturer of U.P. SOLAIR, Dr. Gaddi's experiences and exposure to human relations and human resource development is an atypical one. Where most would employ their skills in private/corporate firms, Dr. Gaddi stuck it out with civil society organizations' way of doing development work. Where human resource management and development (HRMD) and industrial relations (IR) are already developed in private corporations, Dr. Gaddi tried to seek her way through the untrodden path to see how HR principles and IR theories would fit, or if these HR and IR theories have a place in the NGOs and people's organizations.
