ABOUT Atty. Wilson A. Legaspi

The author is a private law practitioner from the time he was admitted to the bar in 2004. He is a law professor at the College of Law of the San Sebastian College-Recoletos, Manila where he has been teaching Remedial Law Review 1, Remedial Law Review 2, Civil Procedure, Evidence, Special Proceedings, and Torts and Damages. He is also teaching at the College of Criminal Justice of the Cavite State University-Main Campus in Indang, Cavite. He is likewise licensed real estate broker, a trained commercial arbitrator and an accredited file counsel of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.
