Dr. Atty. Earl Louie Masacayan is currently the Associate Dean of the Philippine Law School. His academic experience includes teaching tertiary law, political science, economics, and business subjects at Adamson University and Emilio Aguinaldo College. He is also currently teaching Labor Law Review, Commercial Law Review, Taxation Law Review, Agrarian Law & Social Legislation, Problem Areas in Legal Ethics, Transporation Law, and Environmental Law at Philippine Law School and Philippine Christian University – College of Law.

Associate Dean Masacayan is an experienced lawyer who worked for the government, law firms, and private companies and managed various departments such as legal, compliance, human resources, and procurement. He has also experience in practicing various facets of law such as litigation, labor, banking & finance, data privacy, public procurement, corporate housekeeping & compliance, and maritime crew claims. He is currently a Vice President of the Maritime Law Association of the Philippines.

He got his AB, Major in Political Science degree at De La Salle University – Manila. He continued studying at the University of Santo Tomas – Manila where he got his Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Thereafter, he pursued graduate studies at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila where he obtained his Master of Laws (LLM) and Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degrees.
