Atty. Francesca Lourdes M. Señga graduated from San Beda University College of Law in 2010 as a Valedictorian, and finished her Masterate in 2019, at the Graduate School of Law at the same university. She is currently a Senior Partner and Head of Litigation and Dispute Management Department at Jose-Antonio Aliling & Associates. She is also a law professor at San Beda University and San Beda College-Alabang.

Atty. Señga is also a Bar Reviewer in Remedial Law, and the Vice Dean of the College of Law at San Beda University. She has one book published so far, Know Your Rules: Special Civil Actions.
