Atty. Paciano “Jun” F. Fallar Jr. is a sought-after labor attorney, and the co-founder of the Pastrana Fallar law firm. Prior to being the co-founder, he was a partner at JGLaw. He has represented several private companies, such as Boehringer Ingelheim, Medical City, Nissan Motors, Asian Terminals, CAP Group of Companies, Ateneo de Manila University and San Beda College. He addresses a wide range of labor issues, such as CBA negotiations, mediation or conciliation proceedings, certification elections, intra and inter-union disputes, redundancy and retrenchment programs, and other complex disciplinary programs. He also handles cases on immigration.
Furthermore, he is a trustee for the non-profit organization Albert Schweitzer Association Philippines Inc. (ASAPI), which works with children in conflict with the law (“”CICL””).
He graduated from University of the Philippines (L.L.B.), where he was a member of the Order of Purple Feather (Honor’s List), the student editorial board of the Philippine Law Journal. He earned his bachelor’s degree at Ateneo de Manila, and is a Dean’s Lister. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1994.
