Jim V. Lopez is a three-time winner of the National Book Award, and was featured in the 7th edition of Who’s Who in American Law. A graduate of the University of the Philippines College of Law, he was named as one of the Ten Outstanding Students as a freshman. He also served as Managing Editor of the Philippine Collegian and then took up postgraduate studies at Harvard Law School, the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and the University of Southern California.
Concurrently, he is the Senior Consultant at Premiere Family Business Consulting, where he focuses on Ownership and Asset Protection Strategies. He currently holds the Senator Ambrosio Padilla Chair in Commercial Law, and serves as an MCLE instructor and a bar examiner.
Additionally, he has written several law books, the most current being International Negotiation.
