Judge Dioanne B. Palao-Legaspi is the Presiding Judge of the 6th Municipal Circuit Trial Court in Quezon–Dr. Jose P. Rizal, Kalayaan, Palawan, with prior service as a prosecutor and court clerk in Puerto Princesa and Palawan.

She holds advanced legal degrees, including a Master of Laws in Judicial Studies, and is an active law educator teaching Criminal Law Review and Practice Court—bringing both courtroom experience and academic depth to her work.
