Judge Recaredo P. Barte is a retired RTC Judge. He is a former Municipal Judge, former Assistant Provincial Fiscal, Antique; former Senior State Prosecutor, DOJ, Manila; Assistant Regional State Prosecutor, Department of Justice, Manila; former Assisting Judge, Judiciary Planning Development and Implementation Office, Supreme Court, Manila; former Presid‐ing Judge, Regional Trial Court, Branch 29, San Miguel, Zam‐boanga del Sur; before his retirement from the judiciary in 1998, the Supreme Court designated him Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Branch 31, Iloilo City. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Manuel L. Quezon Law School, Manila. He is on leave as Associate Professor in the College of Law, University of the East, Manila; College of Law, University of Manila, and Far Eastern University Institute of Law, where he served as professorial lecturer in Legal Counseling, Practice Court, Constitutional Law, Agrarian Reform Law, Special Proceedings and Torts and Damages. He is the author of three law books which are being utilized as textbooks and reference books respectively, in various law schools nationwide, namely, LAW ON AGRARIAN REFORM published by Rex Book Store, and LEGAL COUNSELING FOR THE YOUNG LAWYER and APPEALS IN PHILIPPINE COURTS published by Central Books.
