Atty. Larry P. Ignacio is a private law practitioner and a Member of the Philippine Bar. He is an alumnus of St. Louis University, College of Law, obtaining his degree in Political Science in 1987, and eventually, his Juris Doctor at San Sebastian College-Recoletos in 1992.

He is a law professor at his alma mater since 1994, and PUP from 2009 to 2012, as well as New Era University since 2012 and an assistant professor at the Commercial Law Department, RVR College of Business, De La Salle University since 2013.

He used to be the Chief Legal Counsel at the LBP Leasing Corporation (2009-2010) and a Bank Lawyer at various local banks such as Planters Development Bank (1997-2007), Philippine Veterans Bank (1996-1997), and Philippine National Bank (1994-1996).
