An esteemed graduate of Ateneo de Manila University, he is a professor of law at Far Eastern University and University of the East that teaches a slew of subjects such as remedial law review, civil and criminal procedure, special proceedings, and evidence.

He also does lectures at bar review seminars, as well as being appointed by the Supreme Court to the five-man panel of remedial law experts which undertook a postmortem review of multiple-choice questions in the 2011 remedial law bar examination.

He has written books such as Primer-Reviewer on Remedial Law Vol. 1 & 2, and Bar Q&A Remedial Law.
