Prosecutor Chris Jark Ace M. Maño is a seasoned prosecutor, educator, and former journalist whose diverse experience shaped his authorship of Principles and Procedures on Cybercrime Law (with Discussions on the Anti-Financial Account Scamming Act). With over eleven years in law practice—five of which as Assistant City Prosecutor of Manila—he has also served as President of the Prosecutors’ League of Manila (FY 2024–2025) and previously as its Vice President and PRO. A dedicated law professor and professional development lecturer, Prosecutor Maño has trained law enforcement agents and private institutions on criminal law and procedure. His background as a media practitioner for eight years and his passion for integrity and excellence continue to guide his mission to educate and inspire progressive, ethical practice in the field of cybercrime litigation.
