Items are typically shipped out the business day after the order has been acknowledged. For those located in Metro Manila, delivery will occur within 2-3 business days from the purchase date through our partner courier, Grab Express, assuming stock is on hand in our primary storage facility. Orders heading to provincial areas are expected to arrive within 5 to 7 business days, dispatched through LBC Express or J&T Express, counting from the order processing day. Customers will receive a tracking code from the delivery service.
