This book aims to provide a working knowledge of the concepts and principles of the agrarian reform law in the Philippines and impart the author’s understanding thereof, which could aid the readers, who may be law students, professors, and practitioners, in their study and discussions about the agrarian reform program. The topics in this book are arranged in accordance with the chapters of Republic Act No. 6657, or the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Law of 1988, and these include the discussions on agricultural leasehold relationship or “tenancy,” agrarian disputes, and agrarian reform matters.
