Atty. Celestino Caingat made the dean’s list every semester in law school. He acquired his Juris Doctor at the Institute of Law, San Sebastian College-Recoletos and graduated in 1998. He took the Bar Exams the same year, and worked as a paralegal while waiting for the results. He passed the Bar the same year with flying colors, and he began a fruitful legal career. He has mastered multiple disciplines covering Civil, Criminal, Corporate, POEA, and LTFRB cases; but the majority of his focus goes to Labor cases.

As a lecturer, he has taught the subjects Obligations and Contracts, Constitutional Law, Negotiable Instruments Law, and Corporation Law at Centro Escolar University, Manila and Philippine School of Business Administration – Manila.

He leads the International Jubilation Montessori Center in Biñan, Laguna as its board president; A non-stock, nonprofit educational institution providing Pre-Elementary, Elementary, and High School academic programs since 2010.

To further give back to the community, Atty. Caingat has also founded a philanthropic organization, The Grand Order of the Blue Rabbit, that provides scholarships to academic achievers from various public schools in Manila and Isabela.

He also heads up an Ayala Malls-related company as president: Cordon Dragon Management and Development Corporation.
