Atty. Danny Galang is a CPA-Lawyer with diverse experience in working for both the private and public sectors where he gained his expertise in civil litigation, tax advisory, arbitration, and competition law. He is a graduate of University of the Philippines- Diliman with degrees in BS Business Administration and Accountancy and Juris Doctor.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, he worked as an accountant in one of the largest holding firms in the energy sector and tax manager in one of the big four audit firms in the country. As a lawyer, he worked as an associate in one of the leading tax firms in the country. In government, he served the Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippines, Philippine Competition Commission and the Office of the Government Corporate Counsel, in various capacities.
Atty. Danny is the author of the book “The Law on Income Taxation in the Philippines” and “Transfer and Business Taxation in the Philippines”, both published by Central Book Supply, Inc. He is an Accredited Alternative Dispute Resolution Practitioner in the field of Arbitration at the DOJ- Office for Alternative Dispute Resolution. He is also a radio and television show host as he provides free legal advice through his show, “Usaping Legal”, aired over Radyo Pilipinas and People’s Television.
He recently finished a short course on European Competition Law at Downing College, University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom.
