Atty. Erwin Enad is currently the Assistant Secretary at the Office of the President. He is an alumnus of Ateneo de Davao College, graduated in 2003. In 2004, he eventually was admitted to the Philippine Bar.

In 2008, he attended a Training for Young Leaders- Legal and Judicial System Development Program in Tokyo, Japan, sponsored by the Japan International Cooperation Agency. He obtained his Master in Management degree from the University of the Philippines – Mindanao in 2007. He completed his Master in National Security Administration degree from the National Defense College of the Philippines in 2021 where he was awarded a Bronze Medal for Academic Excellence.

He is a Senior Fellow at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, and a member at the following associations: Australia Global Alumni- Philippines, Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Career Executive Service Board. He was the former Chief of the Regional Legal Service at the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and Special Prosecution Officer at the Office of the Ombudsman-Mindanao. He has authored the following books: Reviewer on Local Governance, Reviewer on Katarungang Pambarangay, and The Local Government Code Reviewer.
