One of Ateneo’s best and brightest, after obtaining his degree, and MBA Senior Executives Program, he went on to take the Philippine Bar in 1976, then the New York State Bar in 1985. He also became a legal educator at the Ateneo Legal Management Program in the 80’s. He was the Labor Law examiner back in 2002, and presently teaches at the University of Asia and the Pacific, School of Law and Governance.

He revised his late father’s publication, Basic Evidence.
