Assoc. Prof. Dr. CHRISTIAN ANTHONY C. AGUTAYA is the Vice President for Research, Development and Extension at Mindoro State University and part-time lecturer in other colleges and universities in the Philippines. He was Senior Expert Consultant of Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI), South Korea from January to June 2021. As the Vice President for Research, Development and Extension (RDE), he technically oversees and functionally supervises the implementation of the RDE operations management by ensuring quality and timeliness of the delivery of services. He also exercises administrative supervision of the offices. Most of his project involvements were along the various disciplines of academics, research, extension, strategic planning, operations planning, project development and project management, organizational assessment and development, community and cooperative development, business planning, local legislation, leadership and management development, process reengineering, and local governance. He possesses skills in facilitation, training, research, coaching, project proposal report preparation and packaging, and documentation. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Agutaya holds Doctor of Philosophy in Management with Advanced Trainings in Statistics and Public Management Research. He is a licensed professional teacher and Technical Education Development Authority (TESDA) national certificate holder in business, tourism and hospitality management of the Philippine Government. He also enjoys to travel and experience the culture in other countries. In the past, he was able to visit Thailand, Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Cambodia, China, Vietnam, Hongkong, Australia and Canada enabled him to publish researches in Commission on Higher Education (CHED) accredited, national, and international refereed journals. He served as Panelist, Statistician and Adviser for Graduate Studies’ Theses and Dissertations. He has written books in Basic Statistics (A Worktext) and Business Statistics.
