Corazon Walata-Austria managed and facilitated human resource (HR) and business strategy in various organizations. An expert in industrial/labor relations, talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, organizational development and change management, she has trained employees to sharpen their skills in strategic planning, values, team building, and leadership. She graduated with an AB in Industrial psychology from Polytechnic University of the Philippines and earned her master’s degree in industrial relations, majoring in human resources development at the University of the Philippines School of Labor and Industrial Relations and her masters in social administration at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia.
