Dean Viviana Martin-Paguirigan is the Dean of University of the East College of Law Manila.

A graduate of Mass Communications, Far Eastern University (Cum Laude) and took her Bachelor of Laws at the same university (Magna Cum Laude). She is the Dean of the College of Law at the University of the East and was previously the Associate Dean of her alma mater.

Prior to that, she has held positions as Former Court Attorney, at the Supreme Court of the Philippines; and Former State Prosecutor, at the Department of Justice.

She is also the Chair of the 2020/2021 Panel of Experts on Suggested Answers in Civil Law U.P. Law Center. And a member University of the Philippines Panel of Experts on
Suggested Answers to the Bar Examinations in Civil Law (2013-present).

She is also a Professor of Law at the following Universities: University of the East, Far Eastern University,University of Santo Tomas, Philippine Christian University*,University of Perpetual Help DALTA* (* on leave)
