Demosthenes B.Donato is an Attorney and Counselor-at-Legal Partner in the law firm Donato & Zarate. He is a member of the University of the Philippines School of Labor and Industrial Relations (UPSOLAIR), a member of the Law Reform Task Force from 1999 to 2000, and a number of other committees, including the Committee on Labor and Industrial Relations Member from 1992 to 1994, the Center for Research and Special Studies, Inc. (CRSS) from 2001 to 2002, and the Integrated Bar of the Philippines. (IBP). He got his L.L.B. from Ateneo de Manila University Law School in 1988, then continued his studies, eventually receiving his masters at Fordham University School of Law in 1995. So far, he has only one book published, Labor Juris.
