An alumni of Adamson University and a “semi-retired” Human Resource speaker and consultant, Engr. Emiliano “Nano” has done consultancy work for a collection of big name companies and the Commission on Audit. He has around 40 years of experience in the industry, but he is mostly known for his welfare work. Engr. Manahan has been a known partner of several advocacies.

His published materials often cover the empowerment of marginalized groups, his recent books Empowering the OFW, Empowering the Elderly, and Empowering the Pinoy PWD is a testament to his dedication of support towards several progressive movements.
