Fiscal Eva Maria M. Biado is concurrently an Approving and Co-Chief Inquest Prosecutor of the Office of the City Prosecutor of Caloocan City. She joined the Prosecution Service after her stint as Branch Clerk of Court of the Regional Trial Court of Caloocan City, Branch 121, from 1995 to 2002. Her track record as a public servant bears out a consistent performance rating of outstanding. SACP Biado is also the recipient of the Outstanding Prosecutor Award from the Outstanding Citizen’s Award (OCA) Committee of Caloocan City. She is a Career Executive Service Written Examination (CESWE) passer with a rating of 88.31%, and an erstwhile Assistant Professor at the College of Business Administration of the Manila Central University. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from San Beda University in 1994. Prior to this, she was a scholar of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) at the University of the Philippines Diliman, where she finished her Bachelor of Science Degree.
