J01 RENOR N. APELA is a member of JBRC BAGSIK-ALAB Class of 2020. As a consistent government scholar, he obtained the following degrees, Bachelor of Secondary Education (earned units), and Master of Arts in Education (earned units), and Master of Arts in Education major in Administration and Supervision from University of Eastern Philippine Laoang Campus and finished a Master of Science in Criminal Justice with specialization in Criminology at Naga College Foundation Inc. Currently, he is taking up Doctor of Philosophy in Criminal Justice.
