PSSg Roy Estremera Estillero, JD, MPA, RCrim

PSSg Roy Estremera Estillero was born in Paco, Manila and is member of PNP Class 2009-02 Batch “HINIRANG”. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Custom Administration in PMI Colleges, Bachelor of Science in Criminology in University of Northern Philippines and Bachelor in Secondary Education Major in Social Studies (CTP) in ICCT Colleges. He finished his Master in Public Administration in Taguig City University, and his Juris Doctor at Manila Law College. He is currently taking up Doctor in Philosophy in Criminology at the Philippine College of Criminology (PCCR) and in dissertation defense in his Doctor of Public Administration in Eulogio “Amang” Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology (EARIST).

He was given a conferment of academic degree as Honoris Causa in Doctor of Philosophy in Criminal Justice Major in Criminology by Brethren Evangelical School of Theology International. He was the 2nd round qualifier for Outstanding Filipinos Award for Police Non-Commissioned Officers given by Metrobank Foundation, and Most Outstanding Criminologists of the Year Law Enforcement Category (2020), given by the Professional Criminologists Association of the Philippines (PCAP).

A Registered Criminologist, Certified Security Professional, Certified Security Management Specialist, and a Certified Security Trainer and has Cybercrime Investigation Training Course conducted by the Korean National Police Agency and Criminal Investigation Course, a former Criminal Investigator at Project 4 Police Station 8, and a Warrant and Subpoena operatives both in QCPD.

He is a national lecturer for Board Licensure Exam for Criminologists (BLEC) and a guest instructor at U.S-DOJ International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program (ICITAP), Philippine Public Safety College, Philippine National Police Training Institute, Philippine National Police Training Service, Regional Service Training Unit, Regional Learning and Doctrine Development Division, Regional Investigation and Detective Management Division, and part-time faculty member in various Criminology Colleges and University in Metro Manila. Currently, He is assigned as Operation PNCO at Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit (CIDU), Quezon City Police District.
