Severo Cañete Madrona, Jr. straddles the worlds of academia, legal profession, and government. He is a Professor and Dean of the School of Law, City University of Pasay and concurrently serves as City Legal Officer of the City Government of Pasay. He is also a Professorial Lecturer at the De La Salle University Manila, Ateneo de Manila University, and University of Makati. He obtained his Ph.D. from University of the Philippines-Diliman and Master of Laws (LL.M) from the San Beda Graduate School of Law.
