This pre-week Notes should be read hand-in-hand with the codal provisions of the Labor Code, special labor laws, and social legislations. Being mere notes, its contents are digests of selected provisions of the Labor Code presented in an easy-to-understand manner, selected jurisprudence, and selected previous Bar Questions with the Author’s suggested answers. In the course of preparation of this work, it is inevitable that the Author has to read works of leading authors on the subject to pick-up their minds, so to speak, or to have an idea as to their interpretation and insights on the subject.
