Internist and cardiologists must give full and complete guidance to their patients and their families in their clinical reports and or whatever they give to explain the complex causation of Bangungot syndrome as there are a lot of factors attributable to this syndrome. These include explanation on the disease, how it developed, the multi-factorial approach in the development of this syndrome such as the role of diet, hypertension, diabetes, stress, and other co-morbidities. They must give their application of diagnostic and medical or therapeutic procedures in a clear and transparent manner. This will advocate for a less expensive but sure clinical approach on how to treat prevent BRUGADA or BANGUNGOT SYNDROME.
