From 2013 to 2014, Dr. Gelbert Llanto was the Dean of the College of Criminology at St. Dominic Savio College. He is currently the Chairperson of Planning and Research at Romblon State University’s ICJE, as well as a member of the faculty at Laguna State Polytechnic University (San Pablo Campus) and De La Salle College of Saint Benilde. He has authored several criminology books, the most recent of which is Guns and Ammo, a collaboration with Dr. Mark Louie M. Tamayo and Dr. Renjomar C. Baltazar.
