The topics of this book are focused on the investigation and prosecution of criminal cases arising from violations of the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act and the Anti-Agricultural Smuggling Act. I do hope that this book will help fight against smuggling activities toward strengthening our Republic.
This book also includes a discussion of jurisprudence involving customs law as well as the humble opinions of the author on matters that, as of this publication, have not been covered by applicable decisions of the Supreme Court, being the final arbiter of all legal issues, and bestowed with a rule-making power under the Constitution.
