This compilation, titled Recensoris Notes in Iure Politico (“Reviewer Notes in POLITICAL AND PUBLIC INTERNATIONAL LAW”), is primarily intended for fourth-year law students in the College of Law and for Bar reviewees preparing for the final and most formidable trial—the Bar Examinations.
The contents of this Notes are aligned with the Supreme Court’s syllabus for the Bar Examinations in Political Law. While the syllabus may undergo minor revisions each year, its doctrinal essence remains largely intact, with only slight adjustments as deemed appropriate by the Bar Chairperson.
