Description
When the law and its application are considered to be Lex malla, lex nulla or simply said ‘A bad law is no law’, it is about time the law is discarded or amended for being obsolete. When that occurs, the interpretations of principles of law are changed by the Supreme Court or amendments of the law are made by the legislature. These can only mean that the law is already considered ineffective, outdated and hence considered as a bad law and revision of any book written about it is mandatory.
