Description

While in law school preparing for my examinations in Banking Laws, and eventually for the 1998 Bar Examinations, there was at that time no book dedicated solely to assisting me in reviewing for the subject. Banking Laws is so comprehensive, covering several laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), that some law students and bar examinees are left grasping for materials.

This book is arranged by the different laws covering Banking Laws, including the AMLA. Each chapter provides a basic discussion of the major concepts and its rationale, and integrates the relevant laws associated to the particular concept. Bar examination questions in the last 20 years are included to give students and examinees pointers on how banking principles are asked and applied. While questions in the bar examinations have become repetitious, this book will assist in preparing for the unexpected questions that may eventually be asked.
