Atty. Abelardo Domondon is a Pre-Bar Reviewer to numerous Schools and Review Centers, which includes University of the Philippines Law Center; Ateneo de Manila University; University of Santo Tomas; San Sebastian College – Recoletos, and the University of Cebu.

He has an expansive career as a law educator and has served as a chairman in two committees, namely, the Board of Accountancy andContinuing Professional Education Council for CPA. He also got the 1st place in the 1964 Custom Broker Licensure examination, and the 4th placer in the 1985 Bar Examination with an 87.45 grade.

He has written various materials for taxation, such as the Pre-Week Notes Taxation Law, Local Taxations for Politicians, and Guide to Tariff and Custom Laws.
