The Book was prepared in response to BAR BULLETIN No. 1, which was issued on December 11, 2023, by the Chairperson of the 2024 Bar Examinations, Supreme Court Associate Justice Mario V. Lopez.
The issuance covers the CONDUCT OF THE 2024 BAR EXAMINATIONS: MODALITY, COVERAGE, SCHEDULE, and SYLLABI “From 2020 to 2023, the Court carried out vital reforms consistent with the objectives of the Strategic Plan for Judicial Innovations 2022-2027 to upgrade the legal education and to modernize the admission to the practice of law. Specifically, the Court shifted the framework in the conduct of Bar Examinations from the traditional pen-and-paper method to the digital platform. Considering the achievements and wealth of experience from previous years, the 2024 Bar Examinations #BarNiJLo2024 shall remain digitalized and regionalized with a condensed schedule and multiple examiners.
