Atty. Aristeo “Toots” Cruz is a CPA-Lawyer. He earned his Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) in 2006 from New Era University, cum laude. He is also an Outstanding Law Graduate Awardee. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce (BSC), Major in Accounting Degree from De La Salle University in 1986. He is presently managing Partner of Cruz, Altares and Associates Law offices based in Bulacan Province. Atty. Cruz is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and College Dean of Meycauayan College, Inc. He is a member of faculty of the New Era University, College of Law and Meycauayan College. He has done several collaborative published material with Dean Dave Aquino, such as Court Testimony, Corporation Law, and the like.
