Atty. Daniel Balaong Valdez received his law degree from San Beda College in 1971, and is the charter/founding member of Lex Talionis Fraternitas (1969). He retired as a Senior Bank Attorney from PNB, serving from 1975 to 1996. He also served as a City Legal Counsel and Sangguniang Secretary of Taguig City from 2001 to 2011. He also served as counsel of record [in his solo private practice] in four (4) SCRA‐published Supreme Court decisions.
