Proficient in the study of law and medicine, Atty. Leo O. Olarte is active in the field of Medical Law and Orthopedic Surgery throughout the Philippines. Currently, he’s a Professor of Legal Medicine at the FEU-NRMF Institute of Medicine, as well as a Professor of Law at the FEU Institute of Law and UE College of Law, where he teaches Torts and Damages.

He is a member of the Philippine Association of Forensic Medicine, Fellow of the Philippine College of Surgeons, Philippine Orthopedic Association.
