The author has been teaching for the past 20 years having handled such subjects as Obligations and Contracts, Credit Transactions, Sales, Persons and Family Relations, Property, Legal Ethics, Legal Writing, etc. He has served in different policy making capacities in varios organizations and associations and has practiced corporate law in one of the country’s leading financial institutions. He is one of the founding members of the group the Future Lawyers of Christ’s Kingdom (FLOCK). His main goal is to present the subject in a comprehensive yet simple to understand approach.
