Judge Arthur L. Abudiente is the Presiding Judge of Branch 25, Regional Trial Court of Cagayan De Oro City. He has also served as the Acting Presiding Judge in the Regional Trial Courts of Iligan City, Bukidnon, and Misamis Oriental.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) Major in Economics in 1981 and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) Major in Marketing in 1982 at the Mindanao State University (Marawi City). He was also the Chairman of the Economics Department of the College of Business Administration while taking up Law. In 1987, he finally obtained his degree in Bachelor of Laws, graduating Cum Laude.

Prior to his appointment to the Judiciary, Judge Abudiente was in private practice, handling prosecution and defense, election cases, and civil and administrative cases, He served as the Senior Board Member of Lanao Del Norte.

Currently, he is a Member of the Faculty of Mindanao State University and Liceo de Cagayan University, College of Law, where he teaches Criminal Law and Criminal Law Review.
