This second edition is needed due to some recent development affecting criminal jurisprudence. This edition then includes the amendments introduced by R.A. 10951 which amended Articles 9 and 26 of the Revised Penal Code, the ruling of the Supreme Court affecting the civil liability, among others. The student will also find this edition convenient since as an appendix, the duly amended Book 2 of the Revised Penal Code is annexed in its entirety.
