CRB Richard C. Mogello is currently the OIC-DRD Registry of Deeds for Marikina City, prior to his admittance there, he was the former Deputy Registrar for Taguig City. He was also the former Hearing Officer and a Senior Examiner at the Land Registration Authority.

He is a Certified Real Estate Broke (CRB) and a former lecturer on Land Titles and Deeds; Original and Subsequent Registrations (Comprehensive Real Estate Seminar-CRESAR). He obtained his L.L.B and Masters in Public Administration at Manuel L. Quezon University, a Dean’s Lister.

He is a native of Guihulngan City, Negros Oriental.
