Atty. Hilarion C. Mogello, or Atty Jun, as he’s called, currently works at the Land Registry Office, an offshoot of the Department Justice (DOJ) as an Acting Registrar, Registry of Deeds for Zambales. He was formerly the Registrar, Registry of Deeds, Olongapo City.
Early in his government service, he was assigned as Acting Registrar, Registrar of Deeds, Nasugbu, Batangas and Acting Deputy Registrar, Registry of Deeds, Binangonan, Province of Rizal and Marikina City.
Prior to his career in the Land Registration Authority, he was an active practitioner as a lawyer, and a former legal officer of one of the local Shipping Lines based in North Harbor, Manila. He earned his degree at Manuel L. Quezon University, School of Law, and was born and raised in Guihulngan City, Negros Oriental.
