This book was inspired by the need to provide Pharmacy Students with a reference material to help them in their study of Pharmacy and in their preparation for the Pharmacist Licensure Examination. For the easy and proper understanding of legal concepts and provisions, the author has endeavored to simplify and explain in the manner that Pharmacy Students will easily comprehend. The approach is different as compared to other law books with the presumption that Pharmacy Students are focused on medical and scientific subjects and not on legal maxims, our system of the government, and/or legal framework. This is necessary in order to first build a working knowledge on the subject matter before one specializes in this area.
