Description
There is no other law subject that encompasses and affects our lives more than Constitutional Law. Understandably so because it is the only field in the study of law that covers the entire gamut of powers, principles, and policies laid down and applied by the governing sovereign people which in turn impact on their lives as the governed.
The Constitution which is at the very core of our nation’s existence as an independent democratic republic has doubtlessly made dents on every Filipino’s life, ether through provisions championing our rights or those that chasten and chastise us for trampling upon our fellowmen’s rights.
