This book is already in its third edition although there is now a slight change on its title to make it conform with the title of the subject as contained in the Legal Education Board’s Revised Model Law Curriculum. Thus, it is now known as the “Conceptual Approach to Special Rules and Proceedings.”
There is also an added chapter to this book briefly discussing the salient provisions of the Rules of Procedure for Environmental Cases. Although this Rule is tackled in a separate subject of Environmental Law, the author deems it wise to have a brief discussion of the Rules since it is always a part of the coverage of the Bar Examinations under the subject of Special Rules and Proceedings.
