Description
The subject of Remedial Law continues to evolve especially now that the Rules of Court Revision Committee has embarked and continues to embark on updating our rules of procedure.
Thus, in a span of one year after the last edition was published, both teachers and students of Remedial Law, as well as litigation
practitioners, have seen and witnessed the promulgation of new rules by the Supreme Court, e.g., Rules on Expedited Procedure,
the enactment of laws passed by Congress, e.g., Republic Act No. 11576 expanding the jurisdiction of first and second level courts,
among others.
